11. Indemnification

12. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in California, conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its rules. You may only bring claims in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you may have the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
